Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and has a wealth of legal experience. He is also a fully qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners..
Richard attended Warwick University and Chester College of Law. Richard set up Probate Solicitors in September 2010 as a specialist niche law firm specialising in providing legal advice and services to the older client.
Richard also obtained a postgraduate diploma in Management at Leeds Met (now Leeds Beckett) University.
Richard is qualified as a Notary Public and offers notarial services to individuals and companies from all over the Midlands.
Richard has lived in Solihull since he was seven years old and was educated at Solihull School where he developed a love for rugby union. He is now a qualified rugby referee and keen supporter of Silhillians RUFC.
Richard referees rugby most weekends at clubs and schools around the Midlands and became heavily involved with the running of the North Midlands Society of Rugby Football Referees.
Richard is an enthusiastic, if not very skilful, tennis player and has recently taken up crown green bowling in his old age. It is best not to talk about his golf.
